Tor Høie was the Founder & Director of the award winning Mantle Building System – Mantle Panel Ltd were presented with the BCE Environmental Leadership Award for Product and Service Innovation Major Commendation in 2012 (pic). Founded in 1975 by Sir Peter Parker, the business commitment to the BCE leadership awards scheme was the longest running and one of the most prestigious environmental award schemes in the United Kingdom at that time.

During Tor’s time with Mantle Panel Ltd they also won the Shell Springboard Regional 2006 Award and were also that year’s National Runners-up. Tor is no longer associated with Mantle Panel Ltd and has brought his expertise to Thir13en & Mayfair.
