Thir13en & Mayfair have been invstigating a full application for up to x34 residential units in a picturesque village in Kent. It is anticipated that the development will include a range of accommodation sizes extending to 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and 2,3 & 4 bedroom terrace, semi-detached and detached houses in 2 and 2 ½ storey form some including associated car ports. There will be a combination of affordable housing and market housing – in line with Core Strategy Policy CS6, 35% will be Affordable Housing, the remainder will be market housing for private sale.
